KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 20, 2026 (UNB) — Olymptrade has partnered with HOPE Worldwide Malaysia in a charitable initiative aimed at supporting food security, healthcare access and mental wellbeing among low-income families in Kuala Lumpur.

As part of the initiative, volunteers distributed 180 care boxes to families in need on Aug 15 near the Sentul Free Clinic.

The care boxes contained essential food items, including rice, flour, cooking oil, noodles, canned food, biscuits, potatoes and vegetables.

The initiative will also support HOPE Malaysia’s Health & Wellbeing Program, with the donation expected to cover around two months of operating costs for the Sentul Free Clinic.

The funding will help cover medical supplies, doctors’ salaries and allowances, as well as facility maintenance costs.

In addition, the initiative will finance three months of mental-wellness training for 25 women. The programme aims to strengthen mothers’ emotional resilience and help them provide better support to their children.

Founded in 2000, HOPE Worldwide Malaysia provides food assistance, healthcare and community wellbeing services to marginalised communities.

Its Sentul clinic has treated more than 80,000 patients, including children and elderly people, since it began operations.

Olymptrade said the Kuala Lumpur campaign is part of its broader charitable efforts in countries including Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil and India.

The partnership combines immediate food assistance with longer-term support for healthcare and community wellbeing, it said.

The announcement was distributed through Media OutReach Newswire, which stated that the issuer is solely responsible for its content.
